When i started i had to manage my own onboarding, but, thankfully, there's good people cross-functionally that were willing to help. As for the company itself, it has seen dramatic growth which makes it an exciting place to be. That said, there's some level of understaffing AND issues with Tech.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good base salary relative to the geographic area, and decent bonus intention with leadership prioritizing payout.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As mentioned in earlier reply, there's already a commonality of sports and the positivity of fandom that feeds into the culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Team is driven and focused towards growth. There is diversity in background and experience which brings lots of ideas to the table.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The market Fanatics is in is sports, so there's already a commonality among many of the co-workers--passion for sports. Specific to my Team, it is a group of creatives that come from different parts of the country for common goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
Spending Time with my Director reports who get along well, so we're able to have light conversation on topics not work related. But, when it comes to getting things done, the Team is very strong in addressing needs and leading their respective Teams complete tasks and projects.
