What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel there is a fair structure and regular reviews. Good performance is rewarded and appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even throughout the transition to home working, the company has done its best to maintain connection between teams and the wider business. We have a vibrant, young and enthusiastic workforce and it's exciting to be part of the changes that are happening and coming quickly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good communication across the business of top level decisions as and when these can be shared, and critically before any press releases. This makes me feel that we are trusted as a workforce with confidential details as we all have the best interests of the company at heart.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am challenged and my role within the business has constantly evolved in my time since I joined so it keeps it varied, interesting and enjoyable. I love working with the sort of brands we partner with and being able to tell people about the cool stuff we do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've never worked anywhere that has such a social side as well as a focus on business. People are genuinely friends. I love how our team can be focused on the job at hand and share workload as needed but also have a laugh when we have a chance to talk more socially.
