I have had a great time since I started working here, the only issue at fanatics for me is career advancement. Its scary hearing that some people on my team have been sitting at the same or similar pay for 3+ years considering the amount of growth we've had.
invest in your employees as aggressively as you acquire new companies/brands.
Everyone is amazing, no complaints. My managers are very down to earth and have realistic goals an expectations.
It very much feels like a team, I never feel like I can't reach out to someone if I need something.
I'm not sure, I just punch the clock and head out at the end of the day. I enjoy getting work done here though.
We have a good work/fun balance, also I think everyone here has a "everything needs to get done no matter what" mentality when its crunch time
I have no complaints about the company culture, the forced return to office is kind of a stretch considering the gas prices but I guess its "needed"
There are people on my team that have worked here for 3 years+ that still aren't making 50k yearly which is insane considering the amount of growth this company has seen in the last 3 years
Honestly I'm a simple person that just wants to punch the clock, do good work and pay my bills without any hassle. This job is cool but I'm not like overly thrilled to work here or anything until the pay looks more competitive.
Compensation needs to be higher, we constantly receive updates regarding the insane amount of money this company makes and/or invests in buying other businesses (mitchel & ness for example). However some people that have worked here for years have not seen meaningful wage raises.
We receive sales updates directly related to the work we do but we are never given bonuses or pay bumps after breaking company sales records and putting up some insane numbers. Another example is hearing the Mitchell & Ness news, 250 mil invested however me making 25 an hour is too much to ask.
