I enjoy working with most of my peers and we are making great strides as a company but still have a lot of work to do to get us where we need to be. Technology/tools is our biggest challenge and do not feel comfortable with the fragmented direction we are taking.

I know I am undervalued due to comp levels within the organization and outside also my tenure and skill set.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a tough environment but we get to have fun while doing it. Fanatics tries to create a collaborative work environment and foster creativity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If my performance exceeds expectations as observed by leadership and have the knowledge and experience, I should be compensated accordingly. Salaries should also align with the market.

When I can help people . . . getting them the tools they need to do their job and supporting my people to accomplish our goals and skills/career growth.
