The people are mostly friendly, but being on the brands side we experience being left out of a lot of the large company initiatives because we are still viewed as a separate entity. It is slowly changing but its more a bottom up approach instead of top down.

Everyone is really supportive and gives help when asked.

I like finishing a long project and seeing it utilized by the stakeholders
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love sports so being around it all day is one of the main reasons I love coming to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Work-life balance is valued and there are never issues with needing time or being flexible to meet the needs of both the business and your personal life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know the market for my title and what others in the company are making for the same position. I am outside the low end of the range. I would like to be paid at the level of the current market value.
