I like working here. Work quality is great. Culture is great. Work life balance is OK. My biggest concerns are Compensations and Benefits which are sub par. Also not a big fan of unlimited DTO policy which I think is working against the interest of employees who end up taking less leaves

All are smart, hard working and carry a very positive attitude towards what they do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very open. Higher management is approachable and good listener. Employee are treated with dignity and respect they deserve.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work is impactful. What I do adds a lot of value for company and users. Also technology is cutting edge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For similar experience and skill sets compensations are way higher. Not just in startups which are mostly bubbles but established players
