Fanatics has one of the best work/life balances of any company I have ever worked for. However, I think a lot of that comes down to how great the management team is in my department. Unlimited PTO is only good when you have a capable team that can handle your vacation, and mgmt that lets you take it
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Great. Most people have heard of Fanatics and like them. I do get complaints about Fanatics brand gear quality, how many packages customers orders will arrive in, and how long some orders take. That is frustrating due to not being something I work on or can improve.

Willingness to help at all times.

Caring and seem to want the best for the employees under them.

When I finally complete a daunting task I have been working on for months.

Communication, willingless to help, willingness to teach, willingness to learn, and they are all capable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think Fanatics averages lower than the market on salaries, and has higher insurance costs (or other companies reimburse some of the costs).

Acknowledging that inflation and cost of living outpaced cost of living raises given. That compounded with gas prices and return to office can cause a lot of employees to end up being underpaid compared to other job offerings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really enjoy how everything is fast paced to where I am never bored, and also not understaffed to where I feel drowning. I think my management team does a good job at knowing when they need more team members and budget so we do not get overwhelmed too often.
