The experience has been positive so far since I started (1.5 years ago). I like the work that I am doing, I feel that I can grow my career within the company.

I feel that my peers who have the same level of responsibilities as I do have a higher title and potentially get compensated more.

I get to solve business problem. The work is challenging (which is good) and I feel that I constantly improving my technical skills
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hate to say this because I don't think it's intentional and partly due the lack of offer negotiation. But I do feel that I'm getting compensated less than my male coworkers.
