Very happy to be working here. Have some worries about compensation and what the looming recession means at Fanatics but I think our leadership team has their heads in the right place.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love working for Fanatics and think that as a company we are set up to do many great things in the years to come! As I said in previous question, my biggest criticism is not paying employees fairly with equity. They've been talking about fixing that problem for over a year now and nothing yet.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like how open people are to talking about topics is the most positive part.

I like that we are always trying to be better and improve vs being comfortable with how things are.

The DTO culture we have established is amazing. It's nice if you need to take care of something you're able to without needing to worry about how it effects your PTO.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given we're a large tech company on the verge of an IPO the Stock Options / RSU policy is atrocious. All we hear is "we're working on it" with no knowledge outside of that. Stock should be part of compensation for someone who's been here 8+ years in my opinion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been at Fanatics for almost 9 years and been asking about stock since year 2. I've been lucky enough to get one grant but based on what I hear the amount of stock that new people are getting coming in off the street is more than I have with almost 9 years service. That seems wrong to me.
