I been with the company almost 8 years this October and working under different management creates a different experience. However, I can't think of a moment we couldn't get past or was so troubled I wanted to leave my job. Overall, I've enjoyed my time here and the people I've met.

No two days are alike. We can laugh, be myself, and work without micromanagement.

My leadership includes me and communicates well with forecasting and expectations of our department and overall business.

We have a great team! We all work well with each other and stand strong as a unit.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I felt I was just brought up to level in pay this year after many years of being with the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how the company incorporated and made it a priority to learn and have all participate in diversity and inclusion. I felt the company did a 360 for the good when we incorporated it into the business.
