We work as a team, but also have fun as a team! It doesn't feel like work when helping out the team and the teams that we interact with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive comradery between coworkers that I often see! It's hard to find those that don't have a smile. If I do see someone without a smile, giving out a smile, "Hey!", & a compliment goes a long way!
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping and talking with others. The culture at Fanatics is one that you don't see often. It promotes brainstorming and chatting with others, about work & about life. Creating those close bonds with coworkers and managers that is essential to a happy & healthy workplace.
