Though I have only been with the company a short time, I can tell this is a place I would enjoy working at for an extended amount of time. Coworkers and managers are enjoyable to work with and the company ensures that everyone is content in their situation.

Receiving tasks that I can accomplish and make me feel that I am contributing to the goals of the company.

Leadership is always willing to help and is patient in my learning style. I really feel a welcomed member of the team!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For my position, I believe I am compensated more than fair wage wise. The company is also very in touch with the idea of a healthy work-life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is willing to listen to my questions and is patient in my approach. They all teach tremendously well and make what may be intimidating tasks feel accomplishable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone feels like they want to be here. Work does not feel like a chore for a majority of the staff and that fosters a positive and productive work environment.
