I like that leadership is very transparent and personable, so that I can ask a lot of questions and receive guidance which aids in making progress toward sustainable solutions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel the most happy when I'm working on a project with my team and collaborating with others. Second to that is our environment, it's so positive, the atmosphere is wonderful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is vivid and full of wonderful personalities; it's always a pleasure to collaborate with my team. My coworkers and managers are very caring and tranquil yet full of energy! We have a very positive synchrony and environment!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Westshore location at Avion Park is minutes away from the heart of Tampa and there's always so much happening, it's very exciting. The layout and interior design has a modern and creative aesthetic that promotes positivity and production. I'm very appreciative of thoughtfully functional design.
