My overall experience with this company has been great. I've been afforded opportunities here that I haven't had at my previous jobs. I have received a promotion in a short amount of time and have been given many responsibilities that have helped improve my skillset including leadership skills.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they're very informative and keep the team abreast of what's going on both companywide and departmentwide.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The tuition reimbursement. This is going to help me complete my bachelors degree program. This is a major benefit to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that we are very oriented with one another. The communication across the team is very conducive to how I perform on a day-to-day. There are open lines of communication with fast response times which allow us to get our jobs done efficiently.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is very laid back. I don't feel like I'm at a "job" here at Fanatics which makes coming to work all the more pleasant. I also like that the job is very flexible. The work/life balance that is offered allows you to have the time to take care of personal matters without disrupting work
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that my job is a big contributor to the success of this company. I am given many responsibilities that aid in how well my department performs. I'm given the autonomy and freedom to work at my own pace and with my own style. I love that I am not micro-managed and am trusted to perform well.
