I love working at fanatics, But I have dependants at home and feel that coming to office should be optional and left to employee's choice. Please revoke the hybrid model.

The concept of vertically integrated platform with micro-service architecture is very robust and happy to be part of the development team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People in my network get similar base salary, but additionally they also get stock units, which we do not get at Fanatics.
