You have to learn fast because things are always moving. It can be a lot of fun, but there are a lot of times that strategic decisions need to be made. It's extremely important to know your category so that you can make the right choice when the time comes.

They regularly check up on me even though I'm only an assistant. It shows they care.

When I have a lot on my todo list and I'm staying busy. That way I feel really productive at the EOD!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We check in with each other regularly and everyone is always willing to teach others if they learn something new. It makes the whole office successful!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's more that we need to get paid according to the market. We work for a prosperous company, so employees should be able to afford to live alone and not live paycheck to paycheck.
