For the most part, my overall experience at Fanatics has been pleasant. I feel like I am compensated well for the job I do. I enjoy the days that I am busy all day, but that is rare. The leadership team assists me whenever I need something.

I like that the leadership team is easy to talk to when I have a problem.

I wish there was a clearer pay break in between the job positions at my company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to do a better job at retaining the information they are given during training. Together we can work better if when they are corrected on something, they receive it in a positive way.
