in a whole i love working here, get to work with such huge partners, however, i feel very undervalued and not looked after for the amount of work i put in, theres no well done or performance reviews to initiate any progression or salary increase which isnt good and runs the risk of us leaving

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes feel very undervalued, would be good to actually receive pay increases that run alongside the rate of inflation, there are no performance reviews or any review of salary which isnt good
