I am overall neutral , Nothing great happens here to be proud of. Compensation is average and work mates are hired from poor college with no enthusiasm in them, Workplace have average folks working and that is causing no innovation in company. Benefits are average.

Nothing that i think of.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are trying to improve and thats is good thing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Fanatics have below the belt and average hired folks in India, They are not trying to hire few competitive folks , Just to save some money. And there are no competitiveness, It becomes monotonous.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am talking about India context. They have hired 200 folks here , But there workplace is very bad, There management always compares with Microsoft and amazon but workplace have no benefit. There compensation is also below the mark. Worst part they don't include parental insurance. No health bene
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They have a bad HR , Who doesn't know what workplace benefit means. Same with Site/General Manager. There are literally nothing when you think about workplace benefit. And when you ask about few thing it seems like they are going to take years. Specially here in India leadership stinks .
