I like that everyday is a different challenge and not the same repetitive task over and over again.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team works well together and always helps each with the work and we learn and succeed as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There have been strides to make the compensation better and I understand it is a work in progress. This should've happened a long time ago. I have been doing the job of a much higher position than I am paid or titled for several years.
