I love Fanatics Betting & Gaming but I don't feel completely secure in my role. The environment feels a bit cutthroat and it sometimes feels as though if you get on one person's bad side you could not be successful and that is scary. Other than that I love almost everything.

Helping my team be successful. Helping the company be successful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are transparent with each other and we have high expectations for ourselves and each other. I do feel like my team tends to be cliquey and that is unfortunate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The passion everyone has to make it successful. That is super fun. I also like that we are fast paced but have an open collaborative environment. Most of us work really hard as well and that is awesome.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base pay is great and I have a healthy bonus percentage which is really motivating. I believe it is critical to have both a strong base pay and opportunity to be paid by performance and we have both plus equity which is the trifecta.
