I like working at Fanatics and the growth of the company. I like my team, but do get frustrated with other segments of the business not doing their job well and causing my team to scramble last minute. Overall very happy aside from my compensation, but I am glad my team has been adjusted.

Most people are excited with all the areas of growth and working together to bring these to fruition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Anytime I get offers from other employers it is significantly higher and with comp benefits. This is even in states with similar tax and cost of living as Florida.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other companies are paying my same salary to employees that were 2 levels below me here. So it doesn't feel great seeing people going from $60k to $85k or $80k to $110k just by leaving Fanatics. Increasing salary so that it is more competitive would make me feel valued.
