My experience is starting to wane with age. The pay scale is odd at best, and I dont feel that my direct manager has my back and wants me to succeed. I have not had a performance evaluation in almost 18 months. My direct manager lives in fear of their VP and that will not change until the VP leaves

I am happiest at work when I am challenged and given exciting tasks to do from my superiors and peers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers are one of the best parts of the job. They are kind and truly want what is best for those they care about.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our department leadership team chooses to pick their favorites to promote to senior titles, with little regard to experience and overall contribution. Senior management does not stick up for their employees when it comes to compensation. Bonus pools of money are not transparent and seem very shifty
