The overall experience has been pleasant. Transitioning into the role has been fairly smooth. I do feel that I could have been provided more necessary and relevant supplies in the beginning (pens, mouse pad, notebook, paper clips, white out, thumbtacks, etc).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment feels very relaxed. When working in a relaxed environment, you are better able to focus and keep motivated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are an incredibly diverse team which helps aid in many great ideas coming together and creating a nicely balanced department.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel they are very approachable and answer any questions that I have very clearly and concisely and in a very time efficient manner.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that there is incredible growth opportunity within this company. Also, I enjoy knowing that the work I do directly impacts the company for the better. Being a contributing factor to the success of this company is monumental to me.
