I feel Fanatics is a great place to be! Working within this industry, it is the pinnacle of the fan gear world. People here are genuinely pleasant...though I feel that our culture, while not bad, needs slight improvements. I do enjoy it here very much, though wish the compensation was more on par.

The way we get along and gel as a group. Sharing ideas, knowing that we care about what we do collectively and how we work together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The pure talent, and drive to produce the best products in the industry. Also, our comradery and companionship...we have each others backs and pick each other up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not so much undervalued, rather I don't feel my compensation matches my job duties. I took a pay cut to be here, and I feel we are under compensating on salaries when comparing to the rest of the industry, especially as a global leader.
