Good company to work for. Need to improve on pay and work life balance. Benefits are good. Need to consider giving Presidents Day as a paid holiday. Good perks at work. Maybe consider giving a flex day to be able to work at home.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having to worry about PTO as a FT employee is very stressful. Also raises and cost of living increases are not on par with the current economic situation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am am hourly employee and would like to be salaried instead. I am not concerned with OT and really dis-like being nickel and dimed for time. I had to put in UTO for 8 minutes for a mis-calculation.
