I've worked here for a little over two years and noticed that we have a high rate of turnover in positions that should not have said turnover. Our systems are a constant source of pain, our tech team is dreadful on the whole, and I am worried for the future with things as unstable as they are.

Aside from TOW integration, the working experience with Fanatics is the best I've ever had in any position that I've held.

Everyone is willing to jump in to help and problem-solve should something go awry.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Efficiency and common sense being the language all changes and policies are drafted in. We also badly need a department of corporate training.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am, effectively, working 3 jobs. I am working two people's worth of work in my own department, then also being expected to train two new hires while maintaining that same workload. We need corporate trainers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work loads are excessive, deadlines are constantly being moved up, and every person I currently interact with is at their mental limit because of it. Stop shifting dates closer and hire corporate trainers to educate new staff members instead of relying on employees who are already exhausted.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though we are all constantly buried in a mountain of work and responsibilities, we try our best to help each other out to spread out the work load to be more manageable. However, that constant strain is why we have lost nearly 1/3 of our department's veterans in the last year.
