It's stressful starting a new job. And it was a bit of a crazy ride for me in the beginning- with moving. However- I'm so glad to be here, and thankful I have such a great job w/fabulous co-workers. Coming to Fanatics has been one of the best decisions I've made both personally & professionally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
FSA spending account, moving to BCBS, & including orthodontia care for adults.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is working hard to improve the company culture. I see & hear it often, and feel upper management has made some great strategic moves to make that happen.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love seeing my co-workers every day. I also enjoy the products I work with, and look forward to what any given day will bring. My days are usually hard to predict- changes happen by the minute. But I do enjoy figuring out problems & finding solutions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I know that I can speak honestly & directly to any of my team mates & Director. No one in my area has "airs". We may not always agree, and may have brisk "discussions" about topics, but I have always felt safe & comfortable bringing up possible problems, or issues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is honestly the best team I have ever worked with. We genuinely care about each other, and will always have each other's back. I look forward to coming to work each day- which is not something I could say with past jobs. We don't point fingers- we figure out issues together.
