I enjoy working here but I'm concerned about the future of our company. Repeat customers will continue to decline due to the quality of our products. I personally wouldn't purchase anything that we print in house due to poor print quality. I think customers feel the same way after their first order.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Specific to my role, I get to interact with a lot of different Business Partners and I enjoy the relationships that we get to build here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fanatics is working really hard to create a Team friendly environment. I work with a lot of open minded people who all help towards making decisions for our Team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The start of the pandemic was an eye opener for me. I was amazed to see how well our executives communicated and executed their plans to get is though that unknow time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that this is probably the strongest group of leaders that I've ever worked for and that's from the bottom up. How our Executives handled the pandemic and continued to grow the company gave me confidence that we can withstand anything.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm a people manager, so I'm most happy when I hear that my employees are happy. Not just good feedback from other business partners, but just to hear in our 1 on 1's that my Team really enjoys the environment that we've created.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the perks of Summer Fridays. I feel like that half day off at the end of every week really helps my quality of life. Monday's are always rough at any company, but it's noticeable how much better my outlook on the week is when I get more than a 2 day weekend.
