Joining Fanatics in 2018 was a breath of a fresh air. As of 2020, that feeling hasn't changed. I'm at ease knowing I have a supportive Director and SVP, supportive cross functional teams, and excited (and nervous) to see challenging new projects for my role that I'm proud to take on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along very well. We're all approachable and happy to collaborate or help each other out when needed. We learn from each other and we care about each other as people, not just as "coworkers."
What makes you most happy at work?
My direct and cross functional teammates. We listen and support each other, and we give each other opportunities to lead new projects that we think will give us new experience or improve our skills as leaders.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All of my interactions with Director, VP and SVP level leaders have been entirely positive. These leaders genuinely CARE about Fanatics Associates as humans, as people. They're friendly and approachable, they LISTEN and will be your sounding board. They support and mentor us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fanatics culture is all inclusive; it's great. Fanatics environment is in transition. Associates from VF days seem unwilling to educate/share info with new hires- this is changing. People are opening up more and new hires are great, excited to collaborate and learn to make Fanatics goals happen.
