8/10 I would like to see a better planning system. More and standardised agile trainings to all employees, there are just too many pseudo experts right now doing their own thing.

Every leader has a way of operating, I've been lucky to have worked under some really good ones in the past. Leadership needs to trust their teams, invest more in enabling them to be part of the solution. Not solution for them.

OneFanatics: Ability for one person to reach out and collaborate with any other team is amazing

Management is constantly working on correcting compensations based on market analysis and most importantly to maintain gender equality
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Initiatives around IDEA and WIT, WIN.Its encouraging to see more male coworkers joining the WIN sessions. Tech is looking more like a service industry than a tech partner. Not sure, I feel very motivated around that culture.
