They want the company to be successful

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The activities committee tries to come up with events that people will enjoy taking a break from work and participating in together

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There is a toxic behavior embedded in the culture here, which is "I want it all and I want it now." There is no respect of each other's time, simply that each person has a need and they demand instant gratification. People need to learn respect and boundaries.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

leadership is completely out of touch with the reality of their supply chain operations. In the strive to acquire as many teams as possible, they seem to promise the world when it is not realistic (ex.: short timelines, new color requests with low orders, etc.). Need an "Undercover Boss" scenario

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would feel better about my compensation if I were doing only the job I was hired to do and not just being expected to get treated equal to my manager when it's convenient. Also if I were actually thanked once in awhile by external teams who make demands on us.
