It was really good at the beginning but now that we have different supervisors it has gone downhill. The company does not do as much for the employees any longer. We were always doing something to build morale and now there is nothing but favoritism.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team. They are very hardworking and push to make any goal I give to them
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Upper management is great but the supervisors could be a little more involved and know more hands on what and how we do things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teams in both of my departments are excellent. They do what I asked and in a timely matter without complaining. They are the best team ever
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be fairness across the board. There is a lot of favoritism from the supervisors to some employees. This has been brought up several times and nothing is ever done about it. It is an ongoing behavior from all of the supervisors in this building.
