I enjoy the challenge of learning new things and that the company looks for ways to grow. It provides me an opportunity to expand my professional knowledge and grow as an individual.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I believe that I receive open communication from my leadership team and they are looking for ways to improve and grow the department and individuals within the department. I like that the leadership team has held meetings to layout the expectations of the department going into the future.
