Overall, I have had a positive experience at Fanatics and learned valuable skills that will take me to the next level of my career. I would like to see an overall improvement in culture at Fanatics and I believe that has to come from senior leadership down. This could make a huge difference.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's situational, but I am not paid fairly compared to my male counterparts. I would feel more valued if the company would do research into avg salary across position, gender, etc. and publish out to the company.
