I have been here over 10 years now, I do think its a great place to work, moving up has been hard, & pay is not great if you have been here for a long time. I do like the flexibility I have though & working from home is a huge plus. Will likely look for something new if going in becomes mandatory.

They are all very reliable and professional when it comes to their job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been here for over 10 years now, and make way below market value for my position. Flexibility is the main reason I stay, definitely not b/c of pay. Would also like to be fully remote and not have to go back into the office.
