I love working with the people around me, those on my team and many outside my team. I also enjoy solving technical challenges together.

I like that it is made up of multiple components, e.g. base, bonus, equity; that we can adjust each year based on performance and other factors.

My organization works primarily with Product & Technology teams, and we have a long runway ahead with many challenging problems to solve. We are not just "keeping the lights on".
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our emphasis on inclusion and diversity has a direct impact on how we operate. For example, by diversifying the vendors in our supply chain we are seeing new customers segments engaging with Fanatics.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team consists mainly of senior ICs (e.g. Architects). The technical competence of the team combined with our ability to build trust with our stakeholders allows us to have a significant impact on the business across all domains.
