I have been with Fanatics for almost 10 years so I have seen the company going through growing pains and people coming and going it has been a really good experience for me it has help me grow with the company. I hope to continue to grow with Fanatics.,
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am happy we get a bonus that is alway good extra cash and the DTO.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works hard to communicate with each other and assist where needed. with a strong leadership as some folks need a push sometime.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that our executive team although want to ultimately make the company money, but they truly care about their employee's and always look for ways to provide for us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like to interact with my coworkers but it is hard to said what are some of the best things as we have constant movement of people. it seems every time in come into the office i have a new group of meeting to meet.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to interact with my colleagues. I am a 100% remote employee in Arizona, but I enjoy going to the office and seeing everyone that I can only see via teams or zoom. it is nice to have lunch with them and chat in person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that because i am working remotely i am not giving the same opportunities as everyone else. I have not been promoted and i strongly believe it;s because i am not in the office. I have been with Fanatics for 8 years and i give this company my all.
