I enjoy the work I am doing, but the overall company seems to be very unorganized and shortsighted. Only forecasting 1 year into the future, is a scary thought and doesn't make sense for a multi-billion dollar company. We would like to see the 5-year or 10-year plan for Fanatics.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our internal transparency and teamwork to accomplish tasks that are usually unrealistic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Doing tasks that are not in my job description and are much broader than what was described during the hiring process.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency, employee needs, & not just speaking a good game. They need to follow through with cultural items that are meant to improve the company's #OneFanatics ideal. That notion is not reflective of their internal workings or visible actions to the teams.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
All decisions are made in a reactive way, instead of being given the chance to be proactive. There is hardly any forethought for all of our projects. Beng in 'reaction mode" which is not a sustainable way to operate. I know we are a fast growing company, but some things need to be thought out.
