For the most part working here is good. I really enjoy the work its self and my coworkers. I just really want Management and HR to step up and provide meaningful things to the employees. It's a lot of attempts that miss cause they don't get with the actual employees. They just do what the books says

I really love working here, the people are great and it has very good benefits. I feel like the company does care to do the right thing. However on the negative side, there should be more days working from home, and better pay

Being there to help each other, good connectivity

My coworkers, connecting with them and some of the new benefits
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The events we have, and the people I work with. I really am loving all the health things going on.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership actually needs to lead, and be more aware of their departments. We are downsizing people while expanding making those of us that are still here doing more work for the same pay. Honestly leadership doesn't care AT ALL.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team are level headed and we bring ourselves together to get things done. There is little fighting and we fully understand each others quirks. My coworkers are the best and only real good part of this job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management can start caring instead of saying they are going to. Technology can be improved, I'm still on a crappy dell with meh monitors while others are getting fancy one. I'm tried of managers getting fancy meals, drinks, and such, while we get nasty dry subs, not even good subs. Lead by example!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People who have worked here less, have less workplace skills and knowledge and less responsibilities make more than me cause no one bothered to spend time seeing what I should get paid. They have said so. They did for others but not me. Also I'd like gym program that actually has good gyms near me.

despite the lies HR say we are not payed market value and HR is always trying to undercut what we deserve for pay "Oh you got a promotion recently so you don't get a merit raise" That equal "ok so I just won't work hard since I didn't do anything merit-able." Promotion does not equal merit
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Work from home. It should be 3 to 4 days at home, 1 or 2 days in office. Employees would be happier, the company would save a lot more money not having to resources for people in the office. You said we knocked it out of the part in 2020-21, so now we are punished for our hard work?
