Came in under the misconception that I would be able to make improvements within my group and was hired to do so, but most of the progress is never realized due to lack of follow through from management!

Newer management seems to be willing to make improvements!

We try to have a good working environment, but it is not really supported by management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I could do much more to improve the processes, but am often shut down by management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The general atmosphere is work as fast as you can until you can't. Keep your mouth shut and don't appear to be happy!
