I am new at the company, but overall I feel they have pros & cons. Their out-facing procedures to their customers are in-line & thought out. The internal systems & processes are the exact opposite. No way of record keeping for finance & product. No way to trace back what is being made, stored & sold

Good variety of benefits options - mainly medical.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are really trying to present themselves as a fun, tech company. I am still too new to know if this is true - but I appreciate that they present themselves this way.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy with I do with the specialized skills I have and utilize. My team is not very welcoming which makes me unhappy (very sad) at times, but overall I enjoy using my skills day-to-day. That makes me happy. Also, some of my other colleagues have been very nice, funny, & kind towards me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworker are very close friends - so me being new is hard. Often they assume that I have the contact person, or know the process, for a certain division but they have not trained me. They are unwilling to train or share the knowledge they gained. I am not included as much as I should ( I think).
