Getting recognized for good work and successes either individually or as a team.

Some of my leaders have been very good at growing the individuals while still keep the team successful and on track.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently, yes, I feel undervalued. A clear understanding of what ownership and responsibilities are mine and the ability to receive recognition for something I have poured time and effort into.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not afraid to fail. We can still try something new and it perform badly, and we learn from it and move on. My last company was so afraid to fail, that nothing could move forward.
