I greatly enjoy the professional yet laid back work environment here. With that said, i am often disappointed by the lack of opportunities for advancement as well as the seeming unwillingness to promote as well as the lack of feed back regarding this process.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the most positive aspect of this work place is that even though Fanatics is one of the largest sports apparel companies around, we maintain an informal, and laid back atmosphere that allows its employees to feel comfortable in the work place.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a very close knit group. We operate with a spirit of team work in all that we do. We often and frequently reach out to each other to offer assistance, when needed. We behave in a manner that puts the teams objectives first.
