Started out kinda rough, onboarding left a lot to be desired. All in all, Fanatics is a great place to work. Any time I get job solicitations I politely decline.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is competitive and DTO is great. I apprecate the trust and freedom that DTO brings.
What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to see a project to completion, ability to work on technically challenging problems, ability to add value and move up within the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There seems to be a lot of obstructive dead weight in other departments. Combine that with a projected/false sense of importance (the "we will only help during this narrow window, because we are SO BUSY, yet the systems/services provided cannot be handled without our assistance" attitude)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility and infrastructural support to work from home is awesome. I wish there were better computers in leu of fancy facilities, but the cool bars and coffee stations are not bad, and the equipment is serviceable so all in all, the effort towards employee satisfaction is appreciated.
