Been in this industry since 1992... it's been a great ride and has changed so much over time but what Fanatics has accomplished in such a short time reassures me daily I'm at the right place. I'm one of the elders here and enjoy learning the new tricks of the trades from those much younger than me
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mine is a bit different because I work remotely but I really enjoy when I'm in the presence of other Fanatics employees at a corporate office or an off-site event.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get personally invested in our clients and when they enjoy success on the field or court that's the best of times. Obviously also enjoy when we sign a new partner or know that we have helped them grow their brand and business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Within our team there is a true sense of sharing best practices and helping others get a deal done. Not being commission based and having a collective bonus creates that teamwork. I believe within the group everyone holds their own within the BD group.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The thing I respect most about the leadership team, especially Doug is his willingness to share things with everyone not just his leadership team. I realize we probably don't hear everything but what he shares is insightful and shows tremendous trust and that we are all in this together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm thankful for the 401K match and the stock options. I wish I better knew the exit strategy so I could determine if there truly is value in them but to be clear I don't lose sleep worrying about it. I hope they will have value one day but I don't bank on them.
