Fanatics is great, but there is no growth specifically in my department. I dont feel as though my manager values me. I have been here for 2 yrs and my manager has made no effort to get to know me. All these opportunities for recognition during peak, the busiest time, and i didnt even get a high five

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think they create a great positive environment for the members of the operations team. however, support (maintenance, LP, safety) are overlooked and are not treated as valued members of the team and are not involved in any type of activities provided by HR for the athletes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like to learn from there as they have a lot of different experience in my field. However, I have been here for 2 years and have only met them virtually. There needs to be more opportunities to meet your direct team and engage with them in person, maybe some team building.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am an hourly in a leadership role, and all of my peers are salary and get the annual bonus, and I do not. I think this is extremely unfair. Theres no title alignment in my department, and people are doing the exact same job as me making significantly more as well as an annual bonus.
