It has been great working at Fanatics so far. I think we could improve on the amount of meetings each person has everyday. It is very challenging for people to get work done as they go from meeting to meeting - which causes work to be done after hours and impact work life balance.

Bonus potential. Even with the economic strugfles the last few years, we still received some bonus.

Fast pace environment. There is always something going on. Never a dull moment. Truly enjoy those that I work with.

I continue to learn something new almost every single day and I am never bored. The work is rewarding and fun at the same time.

They recognize there are issues and are supportive of changes to improve process and efficiencies. They are also very approachable. Great open door policy.

Unlimited time off. I don't personally use much, but it is nice to know we can take the time when needed (sick kids, doctors appts, etc)

We really have great people at Fanatics. Not everyday is going to be easy, but when you have a great team of people, you can take on anything.
