Fanatics has a very bright future ahead, and I am incredibly excited to be a part of the process to get us there! However, we currently struggle with work/life balance; I have not had a vacation in 2 years and any single days off are still spent working at least 25% of the day. I am still optimistic

We continue to bring in higher caliber individuals with the appropriate background, knowledge, and experience. I enjoy learning from them.

I enjoy being challenged, learning something new every day, and never being bored. Fanatics heavily delivers on all three of those requirements!

Handled the pandemic situation very well to set us up for success. Investing in the company in the right ways (people, processes, technology) to help us perform better. Forward thinking, agile.
