They are transparent in their desires. They seem to really believe in our mission statement.

When a long running project comes to fruition and we can confidently mark it complete.

You are treated as a person that has a life outside of your shift at work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer asked questions that I found relevant to the tasks I would be performing. This let me know they had a concrete idea of what my responsibilities would be.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No matter what job title I occupy, myself and my peers in the same job title always seem to make approximately 10% less than the industry averages for that job title.
